Booking Fee, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy

Non-Refundable Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee of 25% of the total session fee is required to secure your photography session. This fee guarantees your chosen date and time are reserved.  The booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. 

The remaining balance for:

• Weddings & Events: Due at the pre-event meeting, which will be scheduled after booking.
• All Other Sessions: Due three days before your scheduled session. 

No-Show Policy

If the client fails to attend the scheduled session without prior notice (i.e., no communication), the session will be considered canceled, and any payments made will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued.

Cancellation by Client

• Weddings & Events: Specific cancellation and rescheduling terms are outlined in a separate Wedding & Event Photography Agreement.  
• All Other Sessions: If the client cancels the session, the booking fee will not be refunded, but it can be applied to a rescheduled session if scheduled within 90 days of the original session date.

Illness or Emergency (Photographer)

In the event that the photographer is unable to perform the session due to illness, an emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, the photographer will:

• Notify the client as soon as possible and offer to reschedule the session at no additional charge.
• If rescheduling is not possible, the photographer will issue a full refund of any fees paid.

Inclement Weather

For outdoor sessions, if weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for photography (e.g., heavy rain, snow, or extreme conditions), the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost to the client. The decision will be made by the photographer, with input from the client, and based on safety and the ability to achieve high-quality images.
